Our jewelery are created by highly experienced craftsmen in our own factory.Therefore, the quality of our jewelry are at the highest level.But if you are not satisfied with the jewelry purchased from us, it is possible to return it under thr several conditions.

  • Made to order jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Jewelry that has already been exchanged cannot be returned.
  • The item must be returned in its orginal condition.
  • You must return the jewelry within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The buyer has to pay the shipping cost when returning.
  • Initial shipping cost is non refundable.
